Win a Resort Rick and Wendy

About Us

win a resort rick and wendy

Rick and Wendy (in their late 60's) were teachers in Hong Kong. They chose to retire to the more relaxed pace of life in Vanuatu. Away from all the traffic and fumes, away from the pressure and demands of bank managers and tax departments and time frames.

They saw the great potential of a sadly run down property on a tropical island in the South Pacific. The property has the most fantastic view of the lagoon, set in the dress circle of Port Vila, the capital of Vanuatu.

Instead of 'retiring', Rick and Wendy turned this unique waterfront property into a luxury Private Holiday Home with 6 self-contained apartments, Seachange Lodge.

However, Rick and Wendy got caught-up in a second and greater passion - helping some really great kids, who'll never have the chance to fulfil their dreams, without outside assistance. (It is widely recognized that approximately 72 million children around the world, have no access to education. No way to be able to make a difference in their community.)

Personal Invitation

Rick says: "We adopt these kids as if they are family. Every detail they need to get them through high school is our concern, from having light to do their homework at night, to whether they have school-lunches or not. Come and meet us and you can get to meet these great kids also."

Rick personally knows the heartache of not being able to start a formal education before age eleven, in a foreign country where he couldn't speak the language. He finally went on to work for Qantas airlines for 25 years, as a successful Flight Service Director and Training Officer. Dreams can come true!

Your partnership with us can make a real difference in the lives of these kids in a developing nation.
