When you sponsor some really great kids to receive a high school education through YouMe Support Foundation and Win a Resort you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions as laid out below.

1. Terms of Sale of Discount Voucher

  • When you sponsor a student for Au$49 you will recieve a Numbered Discount Voucher from Win a Resort which entitles you to claim up to 40% discount off your accommodation when you book at Seachange Lodge, Port Vila, Vanuatu. You also receive a Free Entry into the draw for a 7 day VIP tropical island holiday for two.
  • The Numbered Discount Voucher cannot be used with any other discount deal or promotion
  • The Discount Voucher will be redeemable upon payment for your accommodation at Seachange Lodge
  • Bookings are subject to availability (outside school holidays)
  • The Voucher can only be redeemed once for one booking
  • The Voucher is valid up to 31st December 2010
  • You will be notified by email of your purchase of a numbered Discount Voucher
  • Your purchase will be recorded on an independent register
  • When you redeem your voucher, the number and name on the voucher must be the same as that recorded on the central register
  • Vouchers are transferrable to friends or family, provided you notify Seachange Lodge and YouMe Support Foundation in writing
  • No name on the electronic Dischount Voucher may not be altered without written permission from the Board of Directors of YouMe Support Foundation
  • If there is any discrepancy with the name on the register and the name of the person claiming the discount, or one of the prizes in the Holiday Draw,the Discount Voucher will be deemed to be null and void
  • The Board of Directors may display the number of Discount Vouchers sold on winaresort.com web site
  • Discount Vouchers may only be purchased through the legal sites associated with YouMe Support Foundation, winaresort.com, or from Seachange Lodge

2. The VIP Holiday Draw

  • When you sponsor a student through Win a Resort, your receive one Free Entry into the VIP Holiday Draw for two people in Vanuatu, staying at Seachange Lodge
  • Airfares and taxes for two people will be paid from the main cities of Australia, New Zealand, New Caledonia and Fiji
  • The total prize in any one draw shall not exceed Au$5500
  • Cancellation of the Draw will be at the discretion of the Board of Directors of YouMe Support Foundation and Win a Resort, in association with the owner/managers of Seachange Lodge
  • The Win a Resort Holiday Draw will be independently supervised and drawn within one week of the advertised closing date of each Draw
  • The winner does not need to be present at the Draw to claim the prize
  • The prizewinners names will be displayed on YouMe Support Foundation websites and in particular on the winners page of Win a Resort.
  • Any communication, or dispute over the win will be made only through the Board of Directors of YouMe Support Foundation, unless otherwise arranged
  • All publicity of the draw will be at the discretion of the Board of Directors of YouMe Support Foundation
  • No other person, or organization may gain publicity from the Holiday Draw, apart from the granted written permission of YouMe Support Foundation Board of Directors
  • When you sponsor a student and receive a free Holiday Draw entry, you agree that the decision of the Board of Directors of YouMe Support Foundation is final.

5. Who can Sponsor a Student

  • Sponsors of a Student must be over 18 years of age, unless supervised by a parent
  • The current owners, or staff of Seachange Lodge and their immediate family are not eligible to participate in the Discount voucher, or the Seachange Lodge Holiday Draw
  • Directors of YouMe Support Foundation, or staff and employees, or their families of YouMe Support Foundation, Seachange Lodge, or Win a Resort may not participate in the Discount Voucher, or Seachange Lodge Holiday Draw.

6. Funds From the Sale of Discount Vouchers

  • Our absolute guarantee is that all funds received for Sponsor a Student goes immediately to YouMe Support Foundation
  • These funds will be paid into a Trust Account, operated by an internationally recognized accounting firm and the Directors of YouMe Support Foundation
  • No private individual, or private organization may at any time have access to these Funds, apart from the student related costs of the program
  • High school education grants will be issued as soon as possible after receipt of the money
  • The first student entered the YouMe Support Foundtion high school education program in Janaury 2009.

7. Refund Policy

All proceeds from Sponsor a Student goes direct to YouMe Support Foundation to give high school education grants to children of Lesser Developed countries. There will therefore be no refund policy, as each discount voucher has been in a holiday draw.

8. Claiming the Prize

  • All winners will be notified by email and or telephoned immediately after the Holiday Draw has been done.
  • Winner’s names will be published on YouMe Support Foundation and winaresort.com websites.
  • Papers of identification may be required
  • If any winner is deemed to be ineligible the winner will be deemed to have forfeited his/her prize
  • Winners are strongly advised to seek professional legal, tax and investment advice from your local area if necessary.
  • No visas are are required to enter Vanuatu.

9. Disclaimer

  • YouMe Support Foundation, its Directors, officers, employees, agents, or representatives, as well as Seachange Lodge Directors, officers, employees, agents or representatives will not be held responsible for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, arising from any situation in connection with, or as a result of the winner’s acceptance and use of the prizes
  • YouMe Support Foundation does not warrant or guarantee any other statement beyond those contained in this text
  • No correspondence will be entered into concerning the identity of the winners
  • YouMe Support Foundation and winaresort.com will not be held accountable for any person or party who receives a free entry into the VIP Holiday Draw without reading and accepting the terms and conditions of the Win A Resort VIP Holiday Draws
  • Owners of the free entries will have been deemed to have read and understood the terms and conditions, as well as the legal statement.

10. Charge Backs

Any dispute through ‘charge-backs’ will deem all free entries and the Discount Voucher to be null and void. No prize will be available to the winner of any disputed credit card charge.
